Backpage Gave Me This Number – I want to speak to a supervisor!

We understand that Backpage gave you our number or website, but we are NOT Backpage. We are a totally different company. However, with a little time and patience, we can help you.  We do have supervisors, but not anyone who supervises Backpage. Let’s start from the beginning; work with a regular customer service representative. If that doesn’t work, you can speak to a supervisor immediately.

My Card Was Charged – I have no credits what the f!%@ ???

Most of the people Backpage sends over have already been charged by “some company” and have not been issued credits. That’s okay, we can help you sort it out, and in most cases, get your credits! Who Charged My Card?

For us to help you find out what company charged your card and ultimately get your credits, there are a few things we are going to need from you:

  • Email address used to make your purchase
  • Email address used to make your payment (if different from purchase email)
  • A screen shot or a picture showing the name of the company that charged your card (if you are using a personal debit or credit card, you can get that by logging into your credit card or banks website — online banking)
  • For pre-paid or gift cards, please make sure you have the name or brand of the card you are using, as well as physical possession of the card

*** Amazon card users – There is NOWAY to tell who charged your card using a “statement”, but we can assist you with confirming/checking the balance.
